I am from Montana originally but have moved up to Alaska for work. I am an optician and I go out to 5 or more remote villages every month for 10 days or longer. On my last my last trip we got a ride from a native to the next village that was about 20 minutes away. He pulled us and out gear in a sled with his snowmobile. I had a general face mask and was very disapointed in it. Any exposed skin at the speeds we were going, you run the risk of frostbite. I just received the cold avenger and will be using it on my trip here February 18th. I will give you a more detail review of how it works. I am also proud that this product is from Montana.

Been using product for three years with pleasure that face is dry and warm while skiing sub freezing Vermont mountains. Very comfortable. My wife would like a smaller size for her.

Ran 3 miles over the fields and through the woods at -15F actual -25F wind chill. I have asthma and was panting like a dog. Excellent flow through the mask, and good drainage. Best of all no frosted lungs! Great product!

The mask works like a charm. I am not a fan of being cold when I ski - this mask works great b/c I dont have to have wet fleece against my face anymore like my old face cover, but I am still covered up and warm. I recommend it for cold windy days.

Just wore this during a snowmobile tour in Yellowstone in the winter. Excellent warmth against the blast of the wind, and the ventilator made breathing easy and comfortable the whole time. I got a few interested looks when I first put it on, and an admiring comment from our guide!
